WUBQ values your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us for privacy-related requests.

WUBQ is a digital product operated by Invo42 Technologies - FZC.

Data We Collect

  • Name, username, and contact details such as phone and email
  • Profile details and uploaded media, including profile, salon, service, and AI Try-On images
  • Booking and appointment history
  • Salon, stylist, service, and review information
  • Location when you choose to use nearby-salon or map features
  • Notification identifiers and preferences
  • App activity, device information, and diagnostics needed for analytics, reliability, and security

How We Use Data

  • Create and manage your account
  • Enable booking, salon discovery, and stylist matching
  • Provide AI preview and personalization features
  • Send service notifications and support responses
  • Protect users and platform security, and prevent abuse

Data Sharing

We share information needed to provide WUBQ, including relevant booking details with selected salons and stylists. Firebase services support notifications, analytics, and crash diagnostics. WUBQ does not sell personal data.

AI Try-On Images

When you use AI Try-On, your selected original image is read for processing and transmitted to Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider, under its processing and privacy terms. WUBQ does not persist the original upload in its AI generation record. Generated result images are stored by WUBQ and may be associated with your account and booking so you can use the generated look in the service flow.

Data Retention and Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, and security.

Your Rights

You may delete your account in the WUBQ app from Profile → Delete Account by re-entering your current password. This revokes account access and notification devices and removes personal profile details and WUBQ links to personal AI results. Pseudonymous booking, payment, credit, commission and audit history remains where needed to preserve legitimate operational and financial records. Active bookings must be resolved first; salon ownership must be transferred or closed with support. If you cannot access the app, use the public deletion page to contact support.
