Delete Your WUBQ Account

WUBQ is operated by Invo42 Technologies - FZC. Signed-in customers, salon owners and stylists can permanently delete their account from Profile → Delete Account after confirming their current password.

How to delete your account

1. Open WUBQ and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, select Delete Account, and review the consequences shown in the app.
3. Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.
4. If active bookings or salon ownership require action, WUBQ will show the exact item to resolve before deletion can finish.

If you cannot access the app, email info@invo42.com. Never send a password or verification code by email.

What happens to your data

Completed in-app deletion revokes account access and notification devices, removes personal profile details, and removes WUBQ links to personal AI result images. Reviews lose their written text. Booking, payment, credit, commission and audit records remain under an anonymized identity so operational and financial history is not destroyed.

Active bookings must be completed or canceled first. Salon owners must transfer ownership or deliberately close their salon with WUBQ Support before account deletion can complete. WUBQ does not silently delete salons, bookings, or financial records.
